Birth is beyond physical experience. It is spiritual for some, emotional, healing or empowering. Birth is a process that requires sensitivity, intuition and love. I have taken the formal doula training, studied the material and practiced methods of physical pain relief, and comfort. But this goes beyond what my hands can do for you, it is also what my heart can. My goal is to help you stay within a positive mindset, and create a birth space where you feel safe, loved and heard. You know best what you need in this time and I will there to provide it. I am there for you through it all as you bring your baby into this world!
